Decision Core System™ offers individual and organizational consulting services for executive decision-making: Express Diagnostic, Strategic Analysis, Decision Core Program, Monthly Retainer. Services are delivered online (Zoom) unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued automatically via Stripe after confirmed payment. Services are provided after payment confirmation.
For digital services / online sessions, the right of withdrawal of 14 days (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply once service delivery has begun with the consumer's express consent. This consent is collected during checkout. If a session has not begun, you may cancel and request a refund within 48h of purchase.
Sessions can be rescheduled with minimum 24h notice before the scheduled time. Cancellation less than 24h before the session is considered as used. Retainer cancellation: with 30 days notice after the first 3 months.
All materials, frameworks, and documents delivered as part of the services are the exclusive intellectual property of Ion Pițoiu / Decision Core System™. They may be used by the client for personal/business purposes only and may not be reproduced or distributed publicly without written permission.
Decision Core System™ provides consulting and facilitation services. Final decisions remain entirely the client's responsibility. The service provider cannot be held liable for business outcomes resulting from implemented recommendations.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved amicably; failing that, by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
