2. What data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company, role – provided voluntarily through forms
- Diagnostic data: answers to the Decision Core quiz, score, tier
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe – we do not store card data
- Navigation data: pages visited, time spent, UTM parameters – only with your consent
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system – essential, for site security
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contract execution: for the delivery of purchased services (the 60-minute session, the programs)
- Consent · purpose 1, the diagnostic: to generate, display and email your Deblocare Harta result. A separate checkbox in the form, required to see the result.
- Consent · purpose 2, contact: to contact you about the diagnostic and the session you may book. The same diagnostic checkbox, described explicitly next to it.
- Consent · purpose 3, newsletter: for periodic materials and updates by email. A separate, optional checkbox, withdrawable any time by unsubscribing.
- Consent · purpose 4, cookies: for analytics and marketing, chosen separately in the cookie banner. Without it, no analytics or marketing tag fires.
- Legitimate interest: for site security, spam prevention and service quality improvement
- Legal obligation: for issuing invoices and accounting
4. How long we keep data
- Contact and diagnostic data: maximum 3 years after last interaction
- Payment/invoice data: 10 years (Romanian legal obligation)
- Newsletter subscriptions: until unsubscribe or 2 years without interaction
5. Third parties
- Stripe: payment processing (EU/USA – Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Base44: app hosting platform
- Resend: sending emails (diagnostic, materials, newsletter)
- GoHighLevel: CRM – lead records and commercial contact
- Google Analytics 4: traffic analysis (only with analytics consent)
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram): campaign measurement and ads (only with marketing consent)
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR (EU 2016/679) you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, restriction of processing, and objection. To exercise these rights, write to: contact@ionpitoiu.ro
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (Romania) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Data is processed on secure infrastructure with HTTPS encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to the data controller.
